Regenerative power generation

More and more, the trend is emerging to replace or complement large power plants with decentralized power generation solutions.

Due to the visible climate change, it is essential to abandon the traditional heating of power plants using fossil fuels and instead favor renewable fuels.

For the heating of the power plants, INTEC can rely on both grate firing and fluidized bed combustion. The decision on which method to use depends on the available fuels.

The hot gases from combustion generate superheated steam in a high-pressure water tube boiler, which is then used to produce electricity in a downstream steam turbine with a generator.

The cooled exhaust gases are cleaned of pollutants in a specially tailored treatment system according to local regulations.
