INTEC Rohrtechnik GmbH - subsidiary of the INTEC group - produces the core components of the INTEC systems:

5,000 square meters of hall space and cranes with 25 t and 32 t lifting capacity are now available for the production of large components.

The machine park specializes in the cold forming of pipes up to a nominal width of DN 250 as well as in the processing of thin and thick sheets up to 25 mm thick.

The company INTEC GMK GmbH develops, manufactures, builds, operates and markets power plant systems based on thermal cycle processes with organic working media according to Rankine.

The product portfolio ranges from ORC systems for the use of engine waste heat from biogas plants of 25 kW_el to systems for the use of industrial waste heat up to 2 MW_el and geothermal ORC power plants up to currently 4 MW_el. 

ORC power plants are offered as complete solutions, including heat exchangers and turbine systems. The working fluid used is organic media that has a lower evaporation temperature than water. These organic media can be used, for example, to convert low-temperature process waste heat from many industrial plants into electrical energy in an energetically efficient manner.
