PAAG | HAZOP procedure
A security technology instrument
The PAAG procedure describes a systematic procedure for finding possible deviations and faults in all types of systems and is used in particular as a safety technology tool in process, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. The principle of safety-relevant systems is that foreseeable failures, malfunctions or constellations of a system and its components must not have a dangerous effect over the entire period of operation.
INTEC investigates hazards that can arise from the system and its environment, control and development malfunctions, mechanical wear, material fatigue, failure of electronic components, finding causes, assessing the effects and defining countermeasures and presenting various scenarios.
Carrying out hazard and risk analyses, forecasts, finding causes, assessing effects and countermeasures and creating documentation
INTEC carries out studies, safety considerations and elaboration of risks for the entire system. This includes hazard and risk analyses, making forecasts, finding causes, assessing effects and countermeasures and creating system and plant documentation.
