Dust blower burner

Our industrial burner for biomass dust

The dust blower burner is an industrial burner that burns dry and fine-grained dust.

Dust blower burners are available in the power range from 5 - 90 MW.

The output is controlled by regulating the amount of dust from a dosing container.

The control speed of the dust blower burners is approximately the same as that of gas | comparable to oil industrial burners. Control ranges of 1:6 can be achieved.

The calorific value of wood dust is approximately 18 MJ/kg, depending on the type of wood.

Transportation system

Dust or fine granulate (grain size up to 1mm) is discharged via a speed-controlled screw from a dosing bunker, which can supply up to four dust/fine granulate burners.

The performance-dependent amount of dust passes through a pressure shock-resistant rotary valve and is then introduced into the dust line via an injector shoe.

A high-pressure blower conveys the transport air-dust mixture via the dust delivery line to the burner.

To regulate the flame temperature, a certain amount of exhaust gas is added to the transport air Dust mixture added (recirculation gas).

Reducing the combustion temperature leads to a reduction in NOX emissions.
