Water and steam systems are used as storage media, material and energy sources in many industries They are used to drive turbines, for pressing, drying, waste heat, for heating systems, as blowing agents, for atomization, for cleaning, for humidification and much more. Water vapor can be generated and transported in various qualities without great technical effort and is used as
- Boiler steam for electricity production
- Process steam open and closed circuits
- Heating steam and heating water for intergrated and solitary heating circuits
Depending on the industrial application, steam boiler systems are offered for both closed and open steam-condensate circuits. The steam parameters pressure and temperature are precisely controlled and controlled in both systems. In closed circulation systems, high efficiency is achieved through energy recovery and the integration of heat between different process steps.
Steam generators that are not fired by fuel, but rather by the thermal energy of heated heat carriers - thermal oil, water vapor, melts - or draw thermal energy from electric heating loops, are classified as INDIRECT STEAM GENERATORS . They are usually designed horizontally.
Another construction type we offer is: WASTE STEAM BOILER (AHDK) . Our waste heat steam boilers use the waste heat (residual heat) from upstream processes to generate steam. They are environmentally friendly and highly efficient steam generators and are used as a perfect complement to energy concepts with combined heat and power. Additional efficiency gains are achieved through optionally integrated economizers.
NATURAL CIRCULATION BOILER are water tube boilers in a special design that are closed systems with a steam drum, vertical riser and fall water pipes and have a stable steam-condensate circuit without circulation pumps. The steam-condensate cycle is caused solely by differences in density. Our natural circulation boilers are designed for an operating pressure of up to 50 bar and can be combined with additional system components to work highly efficiently. For special applications in the food and palm oil industries (pressure range from 50 to 100 bar(g)), we have developed the iNook, which can be designed for a steam output of 0.5 to 5 MW.
Forced circulation and or forced once-through boilers use circulation pump systems and differ from our natural circulation boilers in that they come in different designs (horizontal | vertical) and can be used for both closed and open circulation systems.
High pressure steam generator INTEC designed in the design of a natural circulation boiler for thermal power plant systems for electricity production that are geared towards biomass fuels and fossil fuels.
Modern boiler systems lead the water to be evaporated within the water pipes in a closed system (natural circulation), with the water pipes forming the heating surface. The convection heating surface is also formed from water-carrying pipes that are surrounded by flue gases. This type of boiler is supplemented by system components such as: B. Superheaters and economizers operating in forced circulation.
The High pressure steam generator for open systems - iCube - completes our product range of water and steam systems. It has a rocket design as a vertical water tube boiler and is fired directly. As opposed to iNook, which was designed for closed systems in natural circulation with a thermal output of 0.5 to 5 MW (1-10 t steam/h), the iCube is operated in forced circulation and used to generate process steam in various industries. Our iCube can generate 80 - 100 t of steam per hour.
By combining different functional areas or supplementing them with other system components, INTEC builds customer- and process-specific, highly efficient system variants from steam energy centers to biomass cogeneration plants.
