Our systems are valued worldwide

For many projects of INTEC Engineering GmbH main components are manufactured by INTEC Rohrtechnik GmbH, a 100% subsidiary, including thermal oil heaters, high-pressure natural circulation boilers, firing systems, and other components.

So far, INTEC has installed power plants and components in over 80 countries. Numerous international projects require specific certificates and approvals.

The necessary international approvals for the manufacturing and delivery of our products are in place and up to date.

Technical approvals

International pressure vessel certification (ASME and National Board):

Manufacture of thermal oil heaters and pressure vessels in general in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), Section VIII, Division 1.

Manufacture of power plant boilers in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), Section I, with S-stamp authorisation.

U-Stamp - Registration of ASME-manufactured pressure equipment with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NB) in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

Management systems

Quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015:

Scope: Consulting, planning, and delivery of heating and combustion systems.

Global standard for an effective quality management system (QMS) that specifies the requirements for processes and structures to continuously ensure and improve the quality of products and services. INTEC Engineering GmbH thus documents its ability to reliably meet customer specifications as well as legal and regulatory criteria. 

 

Further certificates

Further technical as well as organizational certificates and quality assurance measures:

Certificate for quality requirements for welding metallic materials in accordance with EN ISO 3834, Part III.

Certificate for the manufacture and testing of components in accordance with AD 2000-leaflet HP 0, EN 12952,
EN 12953, EN 13445, and EN 13480.

Certificate for pressure equipment of category II in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU, Module 2. 

All essential requirements, such as facilities for manufacturing and testing, quality assurance, and expert supervisory and testing personnel, are in place.
