APPLICATION

  • Efficient use of dust and granules for heat generation
  • Dusts: 0-1 mm | Granules: 1-20 mm
  • Can be integrated into almost any solid fuel combustion system
  • Quick performance adjustment

Dust | Granules - injection firing

in combination with gas | oil

The dust | Granule injection furnaces are solid fuel furnaces that are used for the thermal use of fine-grained production residues from various Industry sectors , especially from the wood-based materials industry.

The INTEC injection furnaces can be integrated into any solid fuel combustion system. When operating in parallel with a moving grate, this takes on the base load and the injection firing - due to its quick controllability - takes on the control load.

The transport air that transports the dust from the silo into the burner serves as combustion air. When using nitrogen-containing dust, additional exhaust gas is blown in to reduce nitrogen.

By regulating the amounts of dust and granules that are injected into the combustion chamber with the transport air, it is possible to achieve a performance range of 50% - 100%. A quick performance adjustment can be realized.

Performance range:

0.5 - 20 MW

Transportation system

Dust | Granules are discharged from a dosing bunker via a speed-controlled screw.

The performance-dependent amount of dust passes through a pressure-shock-resistant rotary valve and is introduced into the dust line via an injector shoe.

A high-pressure blower conveys the transport dust-air mixture to the burner via the dust delivery line. For visual inspection, a sight glass is installed in the dust conveying line, and a pressure shock-resistant check valve is installed to prevent flashback.
