Waste heat steam boiler
Proven water pipe technology
INTEC waste heat steam boilers are high-pressure steam generators designed as water tube boilers. They are used wherever superheated steam at high pressure is required.
These waste heat steam boilers use the enthalpy of exhaust gases from upstream combustion of biomass.
The superheated high-pressure steam is used to generate electricity via a turbine with a generator.
The INTEC product range includes various capacity categories of heat recovery steam boilers, which are primarily used in energy and power generation industries. Open Industry sectors
Power range of superheated steam:
30 - 90 MW | 40 - 90 bar(g)
The heating surfaces of the high-pressure steam generators are designed as finned tube walls in the radiant section. Here, heat transfer occurs through natural circulation. The subsequent superheaters, evaporators, and feedwater preheaters are recuperators in bundle construction.
