Employees in the software sector | Electronics (EMSR) (m/f/d)
The prerequisite is a completed degree in the field of automation/electrical engineering or mechatronics. Your profile should include knowledge of PLC programming and visualization (preferably Siemens TIA Portal and S7 Classic) as well as good to very good English language skills. You should also be willing to travel.
The area of responsibility includes:
- Electrical and process engineering planning of energy systems
- Programming of controls and HMI
- Commissioning at the customer's site
- Close collaboration with internal departments
- (Sales, project management, construction and documentation)
Construction site manager | IBN manager (m/f/d)
We have very high standards for construction management and our commissioning service. Reliability, openness, friendliness and patience should be among your basic characteristics. You enjoy dealing with customer staff, supplier staff and your colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. Long journeys to and from construction sites are part of the job and are not a burden for you. Excellent knowledge of the commissioning of process engineering plants is your daily bread and you enjoy learning something new every day. Passing on your experience to younger colleagues comes naturally to you.
Requirements:
- You have training as an engineer in plant/mechanical engineering or process engineering.
- You have at least 7 years of experience as a commissioning manager at home and abroad.
- You speak and write German and English.
- You are focused, structured and careful when dealing with complex tasks.
- You bring a high level of commitment and quality awareness.
- You have very good communication skills in both personal and written customer and supplier contact.
The area of responsibilities includes:
- Planning the commissioning in terms of schedule and budget compliance
- Compliance with the requirements of the customer contract
- Planning the deployment of personnel and managing personnel on the construction site
- Preparation of the necessary documentation
- Control of commissioning on the construction site
- Coordination of work between the different parties and subcontractors
- Compliance with construction site regulations and safety regulations
- Reporting to the project management and the specialist departments in the head office
- Leading the discussions regarding commissioning on the construction site with the customer, as well as with the consortium and contract partners
- Performance assessment of technical equipment for compliance with specifications
- Final assembly checks, functional tests and commissioning of entire systems, special systems, steam generators, combustion and auxiliary systems including optimization
- Responsible monitoring of trial operations, training of operating personnel
- Operational tests to check the design and as a basis for warranty tests
- Creation of operating instructions
- Training of the operating personnel and handover of the system to the customer
Plant planner für biomass and waste-fired power plants (m/f/d)
Requirements:
- You are a technician or have successfully completed a degree in mechanical or plant engineering or a comparable qualification
- Ideally knowledge of boiler/power plant construction or pipeline construction
- Analytical, solution-oriented and economic way of thinking
- Experience in plant/interface planning
- High sense of responsibility, initiative and perseverance
- Confident handling of common 2D/3D CAD systems such as Autodesk Inventor, Plant 3D and MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken English skills
The area of responsibilities includes:
- You will develop and create overall technical plans for biomass or waste power plants, process engineering plants
- Ongoing detailing of the plants with continuous collision and function checks
- You will be involved in the technical order processing
- As a technical contact, you will support the order processing department
- You form the technical interface to external suppliers
- You will support the sales department with the creation of plant layouts
Mechanical design engineer in mechanical and plant engineering (m/f/d)
Requirements:
- You are a technician or have successfully completed a degree in mechanical or plant engineering or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in plant engineering is desirable
- A high degree of responsibility, initiative and perseverance
- Confident handling of common 2D/3D CAD systems such as Autodesk Inventor, Plant 3D and MS Office applications
- You like to work in a team, get involved and enjoy solving tasks together
The area of responsibilities includes:
- Development and design of assemblies and components for biomass and waste power plants and process plants
- Planning of piping isometrics in Plant3D according to process diagrams
- Creating production-ready drawings and parts lists for production
- You are in close contact with the production department
