The thermal power required for this comes from the combustion of agricultural waste and chicken manure. won. With a combustion heat output of 43 MWth, superheated steam at 480°C and 55 bar is fed to the turbine. The system works at full load with an efficiency of approx. 92%. The heart of the system is an “INTEC moving grate”. The innovative combustion technology leads to the lowest possible emissions even at “low” combustion temperatures of 850°C. The feed grate is mounted on low-wear rollers and is positively guided. All wear parts are screwable and can be replaced in a short time without time-consuming welding work. The grate bars are designed to overlap so that even fine-grained fuels can be used without any problems. The steam generator is provided with a special protective coating (cladding) to prevent high temperature corrosion in some areas. Cleaning devices for the heating surfaces and downstream combustion air preheaters contribute to high thermal efficiency and long-term availability of the system. A bag filter system with a reactor and additive dosage ensures compliance with the strict European emission limits and thus acceptance among the population. Emissions are continuously monitored. A controller monitors and regulates the entire process fully automatically. All necessary process parameters are continuously recorded and evaluated. A visualization system and the selected sensors and measurement technology enable almost supervision-free operation (72 hours without supervision). Additional tools enable remote access to the visualization and control of the system, so that the customer can be quickly helped remotely in the event of any malfunctions. A multi-stage reaction turbine generates electricity in a synchronous generator, which is fed into the Turkish local network.
